It is important to know that the oocytes in the body of a woman are laid being in the womb and are not renewed during her life. Therefore, over the years, their number is rapidly spent, and the quality deteriorates. In the oocyte, from the age of 30, a pronounced process of reducing energy begins, which is important for the correct distribution and transfer of genetic material to your child; fragmentation of the embryo before the implantation stage occurs in the same way solely due to the energy provided by the oocyte. The earlier the oocytes are obtained for preservation, the higher their quality and ability to properly fertilize and conceive a healthy child is. If the oocytes are preserved in 30 years, and the woman begins planning pregnancy after 40 years, the probability of conceiving a healthy child will be the same as in 30 years.

Modern reproductive technologies help plan the birth of a child when the optimal time comes. The “Future Motherhood” program provides an opportunity for a couple who do not have the possibility to plan pregnancy until 30-35 years old, but have a desire to preserve this opportunity in the future.

If you already have children and you plan more children in the future, don’t lose the potential of your healthy oocytes at a young age.

What are the stages of the "Future Motherhood" embryo conservation program?

  • Consultation with a reproductologist, ultrasound examination, determination of hormone levels, necessary examinations to determine the ovarian reserve (oocytes reserve) and exclusion of contraindications to stimulating the follicles growth. Spermogram of a man.
  • Discussion of an individual treatment plan, with maximum effectiveness for your specific situation.
  • Stimulation of follicle growth and maturation, which lasts in average 11-12 days. During this period, it is important to use the drug at the same time, eat proper diet, consume enough water, exclude harmful factors. The reproductologyst conducts ultrasound control (folliculometry) of the growth and development of follicles.
  • Obtaining eggs (usually on the 14-15th day of the menstrual cycle, follicle puncture is conducted under intravenous anesthesia, which lasts on average up to 15-20 minutes).

  • A man gives sperm, the embryological stage of preparation for fertilization.
  • The stage of fertilization of the obtained eggs by the ICSI method, the cultivation of embryos to the blastocyst stage (5-7 days of embryo development).
  • Freezing (vitrification) of the obtained embryos for their subsequent preservation in the cryobank of the clinic.
  • The couple receives a photo report and detailed comments from the embryologist on the results of embryo cultivation.

Embryos are stored until the couple is ready to bear a child in the future.
