1. Preparation for Follicle Growth Stimulation

2. Follicle Growth Stimulation
- During this period, it is important to take medication to support follicle growth — controlled ovarian stimulation occurs.
- This phase lasts 10-12 days and requires 2-3 visits to the clinic for follicle growth monitoring using ultrasound (folliculometry).
3. Egg Retrieval (Follicle Aspiration)
- Under light anesthesia (sedation), follicle aspiration is performed to retrieve eggs.
- The egg retrieval process is completely painless and lasts for about 15-20 minutes. Within 1-2 hours, the patient can return to their usual activities.
4. Fertilization of Eggs and Embryo Cultivation
- The retrieved eggs are fertilized using the sperm of the partner or a donor. The embryos are cultured in embryological conditions, up to the blastocyst stage (5-7 days of embryo development).
- If necessary, at the blastocyst stage, trophoectoderm cells are taken for pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT-A) to exclude chromosomal abnormalities in the embryos.
- At this stage, the quality of the embryos is assessed for future freezing and storage.
5. Embryo Freezing via Vitrification
- The embryos are frozen at the blastocyst stage (5-7 days of development), which allows their viability to be preserved until the woman is ready for transfer.
- The freezing is performed using modern technologies (vitrification), which ensures the high quality of embryos is maintained for an extended period.

Рождение ребенка мы с мужем ждали 15 лет. Ни один врач не находил причин, почему мы не можем иметь детей.
