“Reliability” – IVF program with own and donor oocytes (8 native oocytes)
IVF program "RELIABILITY"
The “RELIABILITY” program is designed for patients undergoing an IVF cycle using both their own eggs and donor eggs simultaneously. This program provides 8 donor native (fresh) oocytes, significantly increasing the likelihood of successful fertilization and pregnancy. It offers women with diminished ovarian reserve, advanced reproductive age, or those who have had unsuccessful IVF attempts in the past, a much higher chance of success by fertilizing both their own and donor eggs.
Stages of the program:
1. Preliminary Consultation and Examination
- Assessment of reproductive health
- Hormone level testing and ultrasound examination
- Determination of the optimal treatment strategy
- Approval of the egg donor for further fertilization
2. Follicular Growth Stimulation (for own eggs)
- Prescribing hormone therapy to stimulate follicular growth
- Monitoring follicular growth with ultrasound (folliculometry)
3. Follicle Aspiration and Egg Retrieval
- Retrieving own eggs under ultrasound guidance with mild anesthesia (sedation)
- Obtaining 8 native donor eggs for fertilization with the husband’s sperm
4. Fertilization and Embryo Cultivation
- Fertilizing both own and donor eggs using ICSI method
- Embryo cultivation until days 5-7 of development to the blastocyst stage
- If necessary, performing a biopsy of the trophoectoderm cells (future placenta) for preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A) to exclude chromosomal abnormalities
5. Vitrification of Embryos (Rapid Freezing) for Future Preservation
6. Endometrial Preparation
- Hormonal support to optimize endometrial condition and synchronize the woman’s body with the embryonic development stage
- Determining the best time for embryo transfer
7. Thawing, Culturing, and Embryo Transfer to the Uterus
- Embryo transfer is completely painless and does not require sedation
- Continuing supportive hormonal therapy
8. Pregnancy Test
- Blood test to measure hCG levels 12-14 days after embryo transfer
- Ultrasound control to confirm pregnancy

Рождение ребенка мы с мужем ждали 15 лет. Ни один врач не находил причин, почему мы не можем иметь детей.
